Sita’ sunflower oil has a high percentage of omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. The predominance of polyunsaturated fatty acids, together with the high content of plant sterols, is a factor in reducing cardiovascular risk. Ideal for cooking, raw it is delicate and light, particularly suitable for preparing mayonnaise and for tasty and golden fried food. Made by refining the oil extracted from 100% Italian sunflower seeds.


Sita’ soybean oil is very rich in omega-6 (linoleic acid) and omega-3 (linolenic acid) polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are important for reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. It is particularly suitable for a raw use, which allows to maintain unaltered nutritional qualities, organoleptic properties and vitamin content. Made by refining the oil extracted from 100% Italian soybeans.


Thanks to its high content of plant sterols and to the high percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids, Sita’ corn oil is particularly suitable for diets against hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol). Ideal both for the preparation of cooked foods and for seasoning in a delicate way. Using it raw allows to preserve, without altering them, its original nutritional properties and its vitamin content.


Sita’ Peanut oil is one of the finest seed oils thanks to its very balanced fatty acid composition, similar to that of olive oil. This feature makes it resistant to oxidation and stable at high temperatures (its smoke point is above 220 ° C). It is an excellent oil for frying, very stable at high temperatures. Its mild flavor and delicate taste make it also suitable as a raw seasoning.
